Feel metric in custom charts

Loving the new ‘feel’ feedback metric. So simple yet so insightful.

Can we please have it trackable in a custom chart?

Added. Forgot about that. 1 = strong 5 = weak.

When there are more than one session per day, and If I felt strong in one and good in the second one, in the chart the average is 4 instead of 4.5, is it possible to change it? and to calculate de average instead of the lowest one? thank you

It now calculates the average. Tx.

Can there be an option to reverse plot this? ie., strong = 5, weak = 1. All (well most) other charts are all about higher = better, yet feel is higher = worse…

Perhaps this can be added as a general plotting option, e.g., ‘As is’ and ‘As is reversed’ or ‘As is * -1’.? This way it could be applied to other values as well if so desired.

Check the Guide categorie Fitness page. It´s explained in that forum post.

Excellent, thanks!

I’m reposting the answer here for easy referencing:

Open the plot window, click on the three vertical dots related to that plot and check the ‘Invert…’ checkbox.
