The guys at Fast Talk labs have been nice enough to put together a good video on some of the analysis features in Intervals.icu. It looks like it was produced in June so is missing the custom activity timeline charts and comparison to planned workouts and custom charts on the /fitness page but has a lot of other good stuff:

Comments on your favourite features can be made in their forum. Membership is free, and they have a lot of good information available to free listeners.
