Extracting workouts from Wahoo App and System

Hi again.

I’m not having luck on my own figuring out if Intervals is able to interpret/save copies of completed workouts from my Kickr.

When I try to analyze a completed Wahoo workout I get null results, when I import a downloaded .fit file I get a message that there is no data in the file.

I’m sure my fundamental misunderstanding of this platform is the barrier again, but I wanted to reach out and see if I was missing something obvious that would get this to work.

Thanks again.

How are you running the workout on your kickr? Trainers always require a “controller”, whether that is an app on your phone, your computer (trainderday, zwift, rouvy, aukii, …), or a cycling computer (or watch).

It sounds like you might be using the wahoo app (or a wahoo device)? If so, you can set up a connection from the settings screen for intervals.icu to download completed workouts directly from wahoo cloud.

If not, what device are you transferring the fit file from? How are you transferring it?

Hi!

Yes I have the wahoo app connected to Intervals, it shows up and all. What I’m trying to do is “steal” the workout and be able to add it to my workout library on intervals.

Its an effort to consolodate my workout calendars.

Right now if I want to do a wahoo system workout i add it to my system calendar from the system library. This shows up in my wahoo app, but not intervals. I was hoping to swipe it to my intervals library once its completed and shows up in intervals. Eventually having all of my prefered System workouts in here(intervals).

You can try ‘Extract Workout’ in the Actions menu. From a finished activity.

I tried that and got a “no data found” message
