Export activity for gamin connect ?!

Hey everyone !
Is there a way to download one of my activies to then manually upload it into gamin connect?
(without connect displaying error processing file… says the same for .fit and .csv)
(I have tried multiple different activities, none work)
(If I import into strava and then export as .gpx it works minus a few stats, as .fit it doesn’t work. probably an issue with how garmin reads the file…)
Thanks a lot for any advice!

Best, Jan

Go to your activity, then the lap/interval list view.
At the bottom of the page will show Original Fit File.

Download that file.
Alternatively, you can get the same original in Strava.

If it still doesn’t upload to Garmin, then use FitFileTools.com to fix any corrupt data.

Hey Gerald, thanks so much for your quick answer!

Maybe I should have specified better: I have altered the HR recording of my workout because it was false reading from optical hr on my watch and tried to get a corrected version back into garmin connect, that’s why I tried not going with the original fit file because it has the wrong records in.
For some reason garmin connect does not like the intervals.icu exports of the corrected file, but if I put it into strava and export it from there as .gpx it works but loses some data… The problem very likely is garmin connect → it also does not let me alter HR data, which is why I tried here

Okay, apologies if I misunderstood.

What are you trying to change on your HR?
Are you filling in data dropouts?

You could try downloading the “Intervals.icu” updated fit file. This will include any changes to HR etc…,
