Heya – really enjoying the app!
My Power Profile table reads eFTP 3.54 91.2% 3.54 91.2% for 42/82 day values/percentiles. However, the associated eFTP histogram has 42/82-day vertical lines drawn at an eFTP value of approx 2.8w/kg, rather than at 3.54w/kg.
I recently had a bump in my eFTP; perhaps there’s some stale data. Or perhaps I’m just misunderstanding the histogram.

Did you change your weight? Weight is copied to the activity, so it might be, that some values are calculated with the copied weight value, and some with that from the settings
No, I haven’t changed my weight anywhere in a very long time. And my weight here matches Zwift and Strava. Thanks for the response!
FWIW, all the other histograms in Power Profile match the data in the table. It’s just eFTP that seems off.
