When do a Zwift ride my eFTP is listed at say 249, then as long as I only do Zwift rides or days with Zwift + outdoors it will stay at 249 but once I do an outdoor ride it drops by 35 watts to 214 where it will stay until I have a day with a Zwift ride. I believe it started doing this oddness when I removed Strava as a data source, keeping Garmin and Zwift. I reconnected Strava but the behavior remains.
I had a Zwift ride with an alert that my ftp changed +6 and the higher eFTP reading increased, the lower bound did not. Later I had an alert from an outside ride and the lower bound did increase while the upper bound did not. It’s like I have two parallel eFTPs being calculated and it’s toggling between which one gets reported. They both appear to have a time decay built in.
Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this?
