I wrote a guide on how to create a cycling planned workout and then send it to your Garmin or Wahoo.
I am including a couple of tips that I found while creating them, one being related to
how the spaces in the description section may affect the workout layout and that neither Wahoo nor Garmin seem to accept the ramps at least for warmup and cooldown.
This is a step by step guide I came up to after scrolling over 800 posts in the corresponding forum. It may not cover all the features but it should help you to get started.
