Duplicate & insert previous trainings

I had issues with my heart rate monitor and have now 2 trainings without any interval/heartrate monitor.

I’m new here and trying to use my fitness chart for the training progress.
Now I see that these 2 trainings without any data are messing up my fitness chart.

Is there a possibility to ‘correct’ manually and/or duplicate similar trainings from the past and paste them over the trainings without any data?

I know this is off course a dirty solution but it will be better than what I have now in my chart.

You can click the training load number on the activity and enter an estimate based on past activities.
