My alpine skiing activites imported from Garmin and Strava are not being deduplicated. One of them summarises the activity to show only the downhill time while the other shows the whole day including time on chairlift, walking around, lunch, etc.

The longer one is from Garmin Connect and starts at 08:44 AM. The shorter one is from Strava and starts at 09:24 AM. Intervals.icu can’t really de-dup those. You need to choose one. I am not sure how Strava is “shortening” the activity assuming Strava gets the same Garmin fit file as Intervals.icu.
Yes, in both cases I shared it was one activity uploaded from my garmin watch to connect and then passed to Strava. So there’s nothing in the FIT files themselves to indicate that they are the same activity? Is there a way to prevent Intervals from importing specific activity types from one of the services?
