Doing something spectacular

The Power chart shows my best efforts for 5s, 60s, 5m and 20m. How do you assign best efforts? Let’s say I’m doing great 7 minutes. Will they be my new best 5 minutes? Do you track only the durations configured in this chart?

All efforts are recorded, but you can define the time period. so if you want to show your best ever 7 minute effort, you can.
