Hi, I cannot figure this out. 2 questions:
- Is Intervals using my non-cycling training load as part of the calculation of fitness/CTL?
- My understanding is that the load for non-cycling activities (or activities for which power meter data is unavailable) is based on HR using a TRIMP-like methodology. When a estimated load is calculated for these activities, load is listed as zero followed by a parenthetical with the estimated load. For example, for running with estimated load of 65 the display shows 0 (65). Is the 65 counted toward weekly load and the CTL/fitness calculation? What is with the parenthetical?
Thanks.
