Discrepancies between Ap and Web based fitness screen

Is there a simple reason why the fitness tab on the web based version of Intervals is showing my form being green (optimal) and in the IOS Ap I am red (high risk)? The Fitness and Fatigue numbers are exactly the same.

Sure, one of them is set to show form as absolute value, while the other is set t percentage.

Always best to show screenshots because we can see user’s data. If the form shows % it’s percentage of fitness, while a number would be absolute (as explained in the previous post).

Thanks I changed form from % to absolute value in the ap so now they are the same. But why would the % value put me in the red VS the absolute have me in the green? Everything else (fitness and fatigue were the same).
