Disconnecting Strava & Concept2 issue

Hi all,

I’ve been using Strava as my sole data feed since starting my account, as it pulls in my Concept2 and Garmin workouts into one location. The original reason I used Strava is that when I initially tried to connect to Concept2 and download old data, I receive an error as follows: “Internal server error, trace e1ad7c5b”. Using Strava solved this.

Having now seen the shortcomings of using Strava, I’ve today investigated connecting to Garmin and retried Concept 2. I’ve successfully connected Garmin, but now I’m having the same error message with Concept2.

My questions:

  1. Now I have notes, intervals etc. added to my strava activities, if I disconnect Strava will these be lost? Or will Intervals automatically merge these with the Garmin data for that activity

  2. Any idea how to solve the Concept 2 issue of old data not importing, with error message “Internal server error, trace e1ad7c5b”

If you disconnect, all Strava activities will be deleted. You have to import all historical data from Garmin, your activities should then merge with existing Strava activities. afterwards you can disconnect.
