Different powermeters with different measures

I have been using two Rotor Inpowers in my road and mtb bikes. They had similar measures but now I have a new mtb bike and I acquired a Favero powermeter. I still use both my previous road and mtb bikes. The first day I used my Favero I realized it measured less than both Rotors. I have conducted an experiment where Favero showed 40w less on the same climb. So, my question is how do I create a new FTP for my Favero in Intervals so that I can train well with it? If I use my Rotor’s FTP the training will be way harder than intended and we all now training zones would be quite different. I do not really know how to adapt Intervals to this situation.
Thanks

Have you ridden the MTB with both the Rotor Inpower and the Favero and compared the values? Are the Faveros double-sided or single-sided?

If single sided and you have a L/R inbalance, this could explain such big difference.
Another thing to check first is if your head-unit has the correct crank length in the setup. For the pedal power meters, this needs to be correctly set.
In your case, I would first try to diagnose why the difference is that big. Since both your Inpower’s are comparable, there’s very little chance that something’s wrong with them. And Favero’s are known to be quit accurate too. I would expect that there’s something with configuration on one or the other that causes the unusually big difference.

Both Favero and Rotor Inpower use the left leg as reference. Today I used the Favero and the Rotor in the same bike. There is a 9% difference between them. Rotor measures more. So I do not know how to handle my training with different power meters that measure differently since all the data will be distorted if I cannot make a difference between bikes in the software

There is an ´alignment´ possibility provided in the Favero app. I have duo, so things may look slightly different for uno.

Something is very wrong there, they shouldn’t have that big of a difference. Is the crank length set correctly on your head unit (not just the Favero app). Did you do a manual calibration on the Favero’s via the app on install? I think both of those power meters are self-calibrating, but have you done a ride and manually calibrated each before?

I have done everything you said. Crank lenght is OK (175 cm for XTR cranks), Favero pedals are calibrated as well as the other powermeters.
Just to be clear, people always told me my Rotor powermeters measured more than they should since they observed my Strava training files and my weight is 58.5 kilos. I guess they were right…
