I’ve been using TrainingPeaks for several years but I’m now migrating everything to Intervals.
When creating new workouts, the Load is always lower than that calculated in TP.
For example in PT for a 60’ Z2HR training the planned load is 40TSS and an IF of 0.60.
In Intervals, the same training has a Load of 37 with the same intensity of 60%.
Is this difference normal, or am I missing something?
