Are you a designer? We finally making progress on getting some Intervals.icu kit made but need a really good design for the jersey. We realised that maybe we should ask here (duh!).
All of us prefer a close to black jersey and it needs to feature the Intervals.icu logo and name etc. but thats about the only guideline.
We will pay for this work! If you are interested please mail [email protected] to discuss and get logos etc. in SVG format.
I’m happy to ask around and see if there’s a designer among my acquaintances. I have a colleague who is sponsored by a brand, so perhaps it would be a good idea to ask the “manufacturer” directly through him?
I also like @Reini68’s idea of virtual jerseys. Rouvy regularly organizes “challenges” where such virtual jerseys are given as “rewards.” Perhaps an intervals.icu challenge would also be possible…
It would be a little iffy of us (as a competitor to TP) to ask them to build our jersey into the game I am happy that they have kept the integration with Intervals.icu.
Hi David! - I’m not a designer, but I find these things fun & challenging. I you want me to have a go at it… any ideas, seen any nice designs? -
Best wishes, Magnus
Thanks everyone who offered to help and sent in designs! We have made some good progress working with @PaulMueller and have some designs we really like.
The designs look good, however, the oversized text logo looks out of place to me.
I think it’s due to the line breaks and perhaps the font.
Alternatively, the sides of the jersey are also well-suited for vertical lettering, as it will be visible horizontally/diagonally while riding.
As I remember it, a simple walk along your local Beach Road, could easily bring more colourful designs than black.
In a world where social sites make people scared, black is preferred as an exposure prevention.
Maybe it’s time to show off. Your site and the athletes participating here can carry a wild South African design.
