Hello, I’ve signed up a week back, and my data sync back to mid June. I’ve tried to change the dates on the Fitness area for prior to that (Nov - June 12th) and hit the refresh, multiple times over the past week, but its not syncing my older data. Is there a way to get to sync?
Love what I’ve seen in tool this far, really curious to see what my full season of training data looks like for the past year.
Thanks @Belloritta ! That led me to the correct solution… its states there that free users get 3 months historical data. I signed up to be a supporter which will download beyond that
Does anyone know how long after becoming a supporter your data should update beyond the 3 months? I’ve joined 2 days ago. I also went to the Fitness tab again (yesterday), moved the dates back to November 2021, and hit refresh. No worries if it will take a few days/week to sync all the history, just want to know what expectation should be.
If yes, then you can also request your data from Strava as a bulk download. It will save the number of API calls that I herbals.icu can make on Strava, plus then you have your entire history. Once you get the mail from Strava, and have downloaded the data, you can upload it to Intervals.
I just clicked the “Download old data” button in the Strava box in /settings for you, picked 1 Jan 2019 as the start date and it is now downloading that data. Will take an hour or so to analyse all of it. Not sure why it didn’t work when you did it.
