I have a request that I think could be very useful for coaches.
I know there have been a few comments regarding athlete feedback in the past and everyone has different ways of working with athletes.
I would love to be able to set up a few custom feedback forms similar to how we can customise the wellness data input, although with the ability to still add some notes/comments as well so more like a blend of adding a calendar entry and a wellness note.
Having a few fields such as weekly fatigue, motivation, a non-training stress score etc as well as adding a few questions (such as training limitations/availability for the upcoming week) that will allow comment style feedback (like the comment section in the Wellness data but the ability to add a few specific questions & perhaps set the space available for replies).
Once a custom Feedback questionnaire has been created it could then be placed in the library so it can be dragged to a specific day on the calendar when needed.
Ideally, the coach would get a notification when completed, similar to a workout.
I would find it extremely useful to be able to create a weekly feedback form as well as other forms such as race reports, new athlete forms etc. I feel it could really improve coach/athlete communication and how they work together.
I can see a problem with weekly scores vs daily scores if creating charts so I think new fields would be needed instead of using the same ones used in for daily recordings (or disregard these fields when creating charts).
Hopefully, there are enough coaches out there who would also find something like this very helpful.
