This may seem basic but I don’t understand the difference between week total/7 and weekly average. It’s week total/7 the definition of a week average. But when I graph my efficiency and use line, I get two different graphs for week total/7 and weekly average. Is the weekly average more of a median than an average?

The weekly average is the average of days for the week that have a data point. So if only 3 days have data then it is the weekly total / 3.
The /7 version always devices the weekly total by 7. Useful for calculating things like TSS/day for the week.
So for your efficiency example the weekly average is the one to use. If you have 3 rides it will be the average efficiency between them.
