Marco Altini was recently talking about using HRV in training, which sounds like what you are using DFA1 for? Ah, here it is, talking exactly about DFA1. :slight_smile: If you know anything about Marco you probably know his answer, but it sounds like you really understand your own physiology, better than most, and that this can definitely work. Interested to hear your feedback, I got really excited when I started reading this, and then sort of backed down.

Hi, I do follow Marco and use his HRV4Training App for morning HRV measurements. I continue to use DFA1 during training, but just as another data point [among others - both objective and subjective] to help me monitor and control intensity during training.
