Creating planned activity from old activity

Hi - brand new user here, really appreciate the platform!

I have a very simple use case, that i thought would be possible, but I cannot figure out how to do it: On sunday, I plan to do the exact same activity as one I did on wednesday. Is there a way to copy a past activity to a planned activity?

You can copy your planned workout (Wednesday) to your library and then insert it on Sunday

Make sure you have these 2 options un-toggled in activity view…

Then hold the ALT key and left click and drag a previous planned workout to another day and it will copy it across to the new day.

Or, add a standard workout to you library and you can drag and drop it from there

Thanks. That way I can copy a planned workout.

But what I was after was copying a completed workout.( I have no planned workouts in the past, since I have only just started to use the platform). That’s not possible then?

I guess it will solve itself over time, since I only have to create each type of workout once and then I can copy them or use the library, I just expected to be able to create a planned workout based on a completed workout…

You can drag and drop a completed activity from your calendar into a folder in your training library. A workout will be created from the intervals on the activity so make sure those are good first.

Thanks - that’s what I was looking for, just thought I could do it directly to a planned day, but this works as well :slight_smile:

Have to say, I’m impressed with the level of functionality on intervals.icu after having tested all the expensive options, that does less. Love it!
