I am looking for some sort of tool where I can plan out some running programs. I need the following:
An easy way to see the progression in the training plan when planning it.
The first programs will be walk / run programs, so I need an easy way to show the difference between running and walking - and have both activities from one workout count towards different activities.
Make it possible to just specify crosstraining on other days, and the person doing the actual program can easily see that?
I need a way where I can make a picture or print it, so it is easy for people to follow, also if they do not use intervals.icu or just want it on the wall in their home.
I would like to create it in intervals.icu, so it is also easy to share with other people. I used intervals.icu a lot, but cannot quite figure out whether the training plan feature will suit my needs for the easy sharing and overview?
When taking a screenshot of a program, it has been calculated with km, which is based on my values, as I entered all the runs in minutes and zones. But it would not work to just take a screenshot, as I am trying tom create a general program, that other people can use. Also it has specific dates and not just days in a general week 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on.
I think this is out of scope. You can invite those people, and share the training plan on this platform. It’s not made to create good pictures of workout instructions, it’s used to track your activities / performance.
That is what I think, but I am not the developer.
