Hello, everyone.
I’m trying to create a training programme that can be correctly interpreted by Garmin Connect.
While it is easy for me to create training programmes for cycling by setting targets such as power, cadence, etc., I cannot say the same for running. Perhaps, or rather definitely, I am doing something wrong…
I would like to set up a training programme that targets my pace per kilometre for my intervals, leaving out power or heart rate, and I do not understand how to do it or what to write.
I tried writing it on Garmin Connect, transferring it and trying to start it. In this case, I can see the targets correctly, but what I do on interval.icu does not work.
Can you kindly help me understand?
I am attaching the training data:
Warm-up
2km Z2 (206-280w)
3x
2’ 4:30/km
10" 3:30/km
6’30 z2 (206-280w)
3x
2’ 4:30/km
10" 3:30/km
6’30 z2 (206-280w)
3x
2’ 4:30/km
10" 3:30/km
6’30 z2 (206-280w)
10’ z1-z2 (164-280w)
1- Image showing today’s schedule
2- Image showing how the data written on intervals.icu is written and interpreted by Garmin
3- Image showing how the data is written on Garmin Connect if done manually.
At this point, my question is:
Is there a way to write workouts on the intervals website so that they are interpreted as in my last image? (3)
Thank you very much, everyone.
