Hi, can i use my own HR zones?
You can but some functions like training method (pol, base, threshold…) are based on combining Z1/Z2, Z3/Z4 and Z5 or above.
So it´s best to have at least 5 zones.
Pick a preset, edit values and delete what you don´t need
