Create an "Open Step"

(If this exists please teach me!)

I would love to be able to create a step in a workout that has no time or distance parameters, it only advances after lap press.

One use case being an uphill interval set:

3x

  • 5 minute uphill (auto laps at 5 min)
  • ∞ return to bottom (doesn’t start the next repeat until lap button is pressed)

do the trick for Garmin unit at least

usually if i want a 5mn recovery for example but unsure if i can start the next repetition i do :

  • 5mn Z1-Z2 power =10sc
  • Press Lap 1s Z1
