Coros activities, Coros Apex2 PRO

I dont know is this a bug, but i noticed that indoor rowing activities recorded with Coros Apex2 PRO are without kcal in intervals.icu, but if i do walking or biking, kcal consumption is listed.
I have concept2 PM5 as rowing machine, so all needed data should be recorded.

kcal are coming in from the source, so in this case, it shold be calc by Coros.
Is it being sent from the watch?

Activity is sent from my watch, like all activities.
Like i said kcal from my cycling recorded with coros is not a problem, i just noticed that indoor rowing is now without kcal and recorded with coros.

e: And kcal is calculated in coros training hub (coros web dashboard)

In this case, for cycling activities, the kCal is being calc in watch, then it is embedded into the resultant FIT file which is then transferred over to intervals.icu which picks up the kCal data.

for Indoor rowing, it could be that the watch is not calculating, hence not writing the kCal into the resultant FIT file, hence intervals.icu will not get the data (as it is empty)

you can verify by checking the raw FIT file. Looks like it’s in the session message.

// Session Message
// Session Event : Optional(FitDataProtocol.Event.lap)
// Session tCalories : Optional(624.0 kCal)

Like this?

e: right, there is no kcal :frowning: I have to contact coros directly. :smiley:

I can see kcal on this activity. Is this fixed now?

I had to add kcal manually to my activity. So, basically not fixed, i have sent a message to coros, lets see what they answer.

This one is basically solved. I got reply from Coros, that they are going to work with that indoor rowing profile, so it would calculate calories and add them to .fit file in future.

Thanks @app4g for help with this one.
