Continuous max time in HR Zone in each ride

Hi there - have come to intervals via some Sufferfest recommendations and been looking at the various options to understand each ride and so on.

I’m not sure if this is a feature request (or if it already exists).

I’m looking for a table that shows me the most time I spent continuously in each HR zone(without moving to another and back again).
I have the HR page for my activity from yesterday in front of me - and it tells me the total cumulative time spent in each zone … so say I did 4 short hill climbs over the course of a day I’ll see the total time across ALL of these added up in Z5/Z6 in that example, but not the single longest or ‘peak’ for time in zone

What I’m looking for is what the longest time I spent in each zone continuously - that matters as it is a marker for training … I might be able to go, rest, go again, but the longer that ‘go’ lasts is important to know.

Same applies to Power, but I don’t have power outdoors, so don’t know of that exists here yet (I’ll have a look for that after an indoor session).

I think the heart rate duration (mean-max) curve for each activity provided the information you are after, it just isn’t discretised by zone. The other HR charts on that page do have zone overlay which I can see could be useful for the heart rate duration curve too.

Yep the top one in that image is what I meant. Basically like the power-duration-curve but for HR.
