E-mail is p*@btinternet.com.

Therefore unable to confirm e-mail address as part of account set-up.

Interestingly, my own account (r*@elitebikecoach.com) which is hosted by TSO Host, had no such problems.

It turns out that using an .icu domain for Intervals was unfortunate. Some ISPs block all of those. If you message me his email I can see exactly what the error is. Sometimes there is a link to report as “non spam” etc. otherwise he needs to contact his ISP and get Intervals.icu whitelisted or unblocked.

Similar issue here, SMTP IP is blacklisted at spamhaus
Forum activation mails work fine

Intervals.icu recently moved to new servers so unfortunately there will be some of this. I am attempting to get removed from the list. Tx for the report.
