Condition physique qui s'écroule

Bonjour, je vous contacte car après une pause de près de quatre semaine pendant laquelle j’étais malade.
Ma forme est en déclin et j’aimerais avoir vote avis comment de bons pied, je ne suis plus d’entrainement. J’aimerais savoir si je dois redémarrer en travaillans que la zone 2 ou tout autre programme d’entrainement, je suis novice et ai commencé le vélo en début d’année. Je sais pas si je peu partager ma courbe de forme qui je pense est un bon outils quand on sait l’analiser.

I would start slowly. I don’t know how you determine your Z2. If you use power, your current Z2 won’t be the same as before your illness.
So I would start really easy the first weeks. Then start to increase the weekly duration, and if you finally feel completely recovered, I would start some intensity again.

As @R2Tom said above, start slowly. Where you start will somewhat depend on what your fitness was like before hand.

For me, early on I’d ride by feel and ignore power if you normally use a power meter. Start with a few short duration rides and look to increase the frequency, then start adding duration.

Once your weekly training hours begin to approach what it was like before, and you’re still feeling good, add some intensity. I’d let the terrain do that, no need to jump back into intervals right away.
