I am think about making some changes to the compliance display on the calendar. Currently it totals up the planned load for the sport for the week and the percentage compliance is based on what you have done so far:
I think it might be better to only consider planned workouts for today and in the past for that calculation. So here I have missed one workout on Monday but have done today so compliance is 50%:
What do you think? Any other suggestions for better presenting compliance and progress vs plan?
