Hello, i have just uploaded all my old data from polar to intervals.icu. I can see the nightly hrv values in the activity tab, which is great, because the overview is much better than swiping through the polar app. Unfortunally i cannot create a working chart for tracking my hrv over time.
The chart only contains Y-Axis → HRV rMMSD und X->Axis days.
After creation the chart remains blank.
I added the same chart to my fitness tab, but it stays empty. I assume your intervals.icu got the data “fresh” from garmin/polar (not via import of old data) ?
The Fitness charts use wellness data.
From your first post, I deduce that the Polar data comes in as ´activity´ data? Then you would need to make Custom fields with a script that calculates average HRV data from the night stream data.
