Commute color + Remove map icon on calendar

Hello,

Here are two suggestions for small improvements to the site:

  1. Add the possibility of changing the color of commutes, to make it easier to distinguish them from workouts.

  2. Add an option to remove the map icon on calendar, just like it is on Minimal view.
