Comment Notifications

Hey there, I have an athlete who is reporting that when I comment on his workouts, he doesn’t get a notification even though all of his notification check boxes are enabled. Is this a bug or is there a setting somewhere that we are overlooking?

It seems Apple is blocking approximately 10% of mail from Intervals.icu (again! and Interval.icu doesn’t send any SPAM) including to your client. I have contacted them about it.

Thanks David! Is it safe to assume we cannot “convert” the account to another email address, he’d have to setup another account?

He can change his mail address in the settings.

I think these e-mails are sent from Intervals on behalf of Coach X/Y/Z and not from the coaches mail address…

Yeah of course. But if the athlete wants to avoid that apple marks these mails as spam, and therefore wants to use a google or whatever mail address, he can change his mail address in the settings.
