Choosing between HR and power for Training Load (EDIT looks like this is already a feature)

I do not have a power meter on one of my bikes, but somehow my watch detected another PM mid ride on my way to parkrun (maybe a Stryd in my pocket)

This has given me a TL of 0!

In this case if I could toggle between HR and power to calculate the load it would correct my fitness/fatigue/form graph - using power has caused a big loss in Load

PS: This is my error, but toggling between HR / power would be nice to correct this as both are already calculated

Agreed. I had an instance this past week where I wanted load for a single workout to be calculated by power rather than HR. On TP there’s a choice for which method of TSS to use.

Go to the activity
At the bottom is Actions
Select Settings
Ignore power

It will then use the HR for the load.

That does indeed correct my load to use HR.

I can see some metrics still use power, for example intensity and calories (work kj) but your solution is good enough for me.
