Changing fitness/fatigue duration sliders

I used to be able to adjust the sliders for fitness/fatigue away from the 7d and 42d moving averages, but I can no longer see those sliders at all. I have searched the forums and see that they should have been moved under the Calendar Entry but… my calendar screen still doesn’t show that option.

Where did this option move to? It’s not under Options and it’s not under Calendar Entry.

Calendar entry bottom right

… as I said, there is no option on Calendar Entry on neither the mobile version or from a desktop.

Here…

Ah, I see the issue. This option is only visible adding a calendar entry from the activities screen, NOT the fitness screen. Seems a little backwards given the sliders used to let you watch your fitness chart change in real-time.

Yes sorry I had to remove that when I did the big fitness refactor. Fitness is now mostly computed on the server making it harder to support a live updating view like that.

Is it possible, then, to adjust fitness and fatigue days and have it affect all training? It’s seems a bit odd to have it as an add workout. It would be better to have it as a user setting that can be applied for a) all future calculations; b) all future and back to a given date; c) for the entire user account (all dates).

After 7 days, the impact of fatigue number is very close to 0. 42 days for fitness. Both decays are weighted

Yes you can add a “Fitness days” item to the calendar and it applies from that date onwards:
