Change the date of an activity

My Garmin had a some sort of glitch and the date and time of my ride is completely wrong.

Is there a way to change the date of an activity within icu or do I need to just amend the .fit file and reupload?

Yes @Joao_Samora is correct you need to delete the activity, edit the file and re-upload currently.
