I cloned a Cardio activity on garmin and renamed it to Crossfit. The activity itself has only HR data and maybe Calories i believe
Garmin records the HR and both Intervals and Garmin calculate the Load.
In my fitness tab my fitness goes down and my load graph stays 0 even if the activity load is shown/calculated per activity. The same happen with multisport activities (i.e indoor rowing/biking)
is there anything i can do to make this activity count to fitness?
