Can't remove Athletica.ai coach/write access — planned workouts injected weekly

Hi,
Every week planned workouts appear on my calendar authored “From Athletica Inc.”
(a full week of swim/bike/run sessions). I want to stop this permanently.
The problem: I’ve lost access to my Athletica.ai account, their login says there’s
no account for my email, there’s no password to reset, and Athletica has no social
login option, so I can’t disconnect from their side.

I’ve checked everything on my end:

  • Settings → Applications (authorised OAuth apps): Athletica is NOT listed
    (only HealthFit, Intertools, Intervals Companion).

  • Settings → Connections: not there either.

  • Groups: not there.

  • My API key was empty (“none”) the whole time, so it’s not key-based.

  • The injected workouts are authored “From Athletica Inc.”, which looks like
coach/source-level write access to my calendar.

My question: how do I remove “Athletica Inc.”'s coach/write access to my account
from my side? I can’t find any option to do it.

    My athlete ID is i411926.

    Thanks!

Do you have it linked as a calendar?
Check the Intervals Activity Calendar Options on the bottom of that dialog.

Is there this grey text if you open a workout “From Athletica.ai”? Something like this:

If it’s there, it could also be a forwarded workout, e.g. athletica → HealthFit → intervals (though don’t know if any of your apps can be connected to Athletica)

If not, I would guess it’s just a calendar view like @MedTechCD wrote.

I don’t have any calendars subscribed.

It says “From Athelica Inc”, every week I receive a “injection” of a full week planned trainings in my calendar.

Did you check that no other app has a connection to athletica? Which apps can update your calendar?

You could disable those authorisation and check if it’s still updating.

Only health fit have the option to update the calendar
