Can't get history import of Strava to process?

I’ve initiated the historical import of Strava a few times over the past couple of days. It pops up and says it’s been initiated. But nothing ever loads. I’ve used the link Strava gave me, and it absolutely works, pulling all of my history in a big zip file, with an activities.csv file, and then an activities folder filled with .fit and .tcx files of every activity I’ve ever done. However, nothing ever shows up in intervals.icu. It says I’ll receive an email when it’s done, and I haven’t received that, either. Is it normal for this process to take days to finish? I have paid for a premium account, and everything else seems to be working.

Depending on the number of activities and maybe also rate limiting, yes it can probably take days.

Go to the activity list view, filter for source Strava, set the date range back to the beginning of your history, and check if there aren’t really any activities.
