Can't download old data from Strava

Hi, I’ve just joined and am trying to get all my strava data into intervals. However when I pressed Download Strava did not sent me a link to paste in - they’ve sent me a zip file. How do I get a link?

That would be very unlikely…
Rightclick on what you call ‘a zip file’ in the mail (NOT the ZIP file that you may already have downloaded) and then select ‘Copy Hyperlink’. Paste that in the Intervals dialog.
These ZIP files are often huge and can’t be attached to a mail. It may look like a ‘file’ to you but it’s almost surely a link to a ZIP that can be downloaded.
