I’ve connected to Garmin Connect, and set my retrieval date to the first of January (less than a year back). I didn’t see any activities, so first thought I’d let it be for a few days (ended up being 2 weeks). Came back now to see none of the old activities are uploaded still? Tried changing it to a more recent date as well, but it doesn’t seem to do anything either?
Is there anywhere else I need to start actually downloading the data? Or is the historical download not working currently?
It is supposed to work but sometimes fails. I can see in the log that Garmin thinks the calls to fetch more of your data are duplicates of previous calls and is rejecting them. Your best bet is to use the “Import all Garmin Data” option.
