I am relatively new to the intervals.icu platform. So far, it has been great for me!!
I use my Apple Watch to gather health data/metrics as well as workouts. I then use HealthFit to upload the data into intervals.icu. From the workout records/analysis perspective, it is easy to use with all good and useful information!
But how would I take advantage of intervals.icu platform to view uploaded health metrics and analyze my health data/metric, such as sleep and HR etc.?
