I do some MTB orienteering and I currently am saving the warm up, faffing time, the actual race, and cool down as separate laps in one activity.
Is there a way to see how much time is spent moving during a particular lap? A useful metric is how long I spent moving during the actual race; too much stopped time indicates I should probably focus on navigation training over fitness.
I used Garmin Connect to do this on this occasion, so this isn’t an essential feature, I’m just curious if it’s possible, as I’m still new to intervals.
