Is it, or can it be possible to input high cadence intervals in a workout that are not power specific?
You can add a step that has just a cadence target (use “Add Step” button). There is support for that on Garmin devices but I haven’t tested it at all.
The other way would be to add a power target with wide range and just specify the cadence in the note for the athlete (“110 cadence”). Don’t use “110 rpm” as that will be interpreted by the workout parser.
