Build workouts using paces of fixed distances (eg. 1.2km @ 80% 5k pace)

It would be useful being able to set specific paces in the workout builder.

Also:

  • 1km 5k pace

  • 2min Z1 Pace

  • 400m 1.5k pace

  • 200m Z1 Pace
