Hi everyone,
For a while now, I’ve been developing a mobile app designed to display my activity data in a clear, visual, and straightforward way.
What started out as a personal tool caught the interest of some riding buddies, and the project just kept growing. I’ve looked around and haven’t found anything on the market that brings together all these cycling-specific modules—training, gear, and nutrition—into a single place, which is why I think it could be really useful:
- Bike maintenance and component wear tracking.
- Advanced ride metrics and performance statistics.
- Pre-ride checklist for long routes.
- Expense tracking and gear inventory.
- Nutrition module to better understand food intake and balance calories and macros (protein, carbs, fats) to optimize fitness.
This module is designed solely as an informational tracking tool to log daily intake and provide ideas to help balance your nutrition. It is not intended to replace personalized medical or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any adjustments to your diet or performance meal planning should be guided by a certified sports nutritionist or healthcare professional. Use of this module and reliance on its suggestions is entirely at your own risk.
As the app expanded, I realized it could benefit a wider audience, so I’m currently translating it into Catalan, Spanish, Basque, English, and French.
Right now, I’m putting together a brief guide with screenshots of the core app so you can see how it looks, check out the features, and share your thoughts on the concept.
Before investing more time and effort, I’d love to know if you find this interesting: do you think it’s worth pushing forward to polish and launch it publicly, or should I just keep it as a private side project for myself and a few friends?
What do you think? Would you find an all-in-one app like this useful?
