Hi all,
I’ve been building PaceAdapt for about six months and I’ve been deliberately slow about putting it in front of people, lots of testing and refining first, so it feels solid before anyone relies on it.
The angle is narrow on purpose: running only, for runners of any level who want to stay consistent and build toward a goal without overcomplicating it.
How it works: once a week (most do it Sunday) you fill in a short check-in, how last week actually went, how you’re sleeping, how your legs feel. Monday morning your plan is ready. The analysis weighs three things: how you feel (the check-in), what you’re aiming for (your goal), and what you actually did, your synced runs and full training history, not what the plan said you’d do. So a heavy week, a niggle, or a missed session genuinely changes what comes next.
Runs push straight into your Intervals.icu calendar and sync to your watch from there: Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Amazfit, Huawei Health, and Polar (plan only, no watch push).
It reads your history from day one, and the more you use it the more it knows you — your patterns, how you respond to load. It builds a picture of you as a runner and coaches from that, rather than just generating a plan.
Where it’s heading: the runs on your wrist today are deliberately simple, open pace bands as a first step. The vision is proper guided sessions: HR-zone work, pace targets, structured intervals your watch walks you through. Pushing real workouts to the device is the foundation, and that part works now.
A few ultra runners are using it and loving it. What I need now is variety, different goals, distances, and especially different watches, because the thing I most want to stress-test is onboarding across devices.
The deal: 10 testers, kept small so I can give everyone proper attention. Beta access is free. For testers who genuinely use it and give real feedback, I’ll add free lifetime access as a thank-you. (For context, it’s normally a paid subscription.)
On data: PaceAdapt reads your activities and writes planned workouts to your calendar, nothing else.
Interested? Reply or DM with your watch model and I’ll pick a spread of devices from there. paceadapt.com if you’d like a look first. Thanks for reading this far, and genuinely, thank you to this community. PaceAdapt runs on Intervals.icu, so it wouldn’t exist without it.
