So I have say a 10km a running workout, imported from another app via a FIT file, that has a 2km warm-up, 7km of work, then a 1km cool-down. All the intervals (ie three separate parts to the workout) are shown perfectly when I click “Interval Data”.
My question is: What if I wanted to view the same FIT file, but this time, split into individual km splits, ie 10 x 1km splits, with all the same fields as those that Interval data is currently showing me? Can I do this without changing/corrupting the original intervals (which I want to keep)?
