Auuki.com / Intervals.icu Integration

Hey everyone,

Happy to announce that auuki.com now integrates with Intervals.icu!
Auuki is a web-based app that can execute and record cycling structured workouts in the Browser (currently supported are Chrome and Edge on Windows, Mac, Android and Linux).

What the integration includes?

  • You can sync daily planned workouts from your intervals calendar to auuki.com
  • You can upload a finished activity back to Intervals.icu

How to enable the integration?

  • First you’d need to crate a profile by navigating to Settings > Profile > Register Form
  • Login with your password
  • Now you can click Connect Intervals
  • From the Workouts Tab > Planned Workouts List, you’d be able to sync the daily workouts
  • From Workouts Tab > Activities List, you’d be able to upload the finished activities

Here is how the Register/Login flow looks:

For those who don’t know: Auuki is the new name for Flux.

I happened to test this just hours before your post, and it worked well for me.

I greatly appreciate the work you’ve done on this browser-based trainer-control software, as really all I want is simple software to execute my designed workouts in ERG mode and to log my resulting activity.

Is setting up payments through GIT still your preferred way of receiving patronage?

Another similar one, also browser based, is Dundring.

Nice, I am glad you like the app!

As for supporting the project, yes, setting up payments through GIT is still my preferred method.
If you have any suggestions or features you’d like to see, feel free to share them. I’m always open to feedback.

Thanks for your support!

Looks great, will give it a try sometime.

If you want to use brave browser then will need too enable bluetooth…

Browser based is the future in my opinion. You can use any device, anytime/anywhere to get your training in.
Auuki, BikeTerra and Dundring are the ones that I’m aware off using browser based BLE connection. Used all three of them on Windows and Android with Brave.

Auuki is AMAZING! I’ve been using it exclusively since seeing the link in intervals.ICU settings. Works great on the laptop and/or phone. Integration (daily workout & activity sync) with intervals is perfect. @dmarinov is very responsive and open to suggestions.

I am training exclusively with Auuki.com this indoor cycling season. The workouts are loaded onto Auuki via Intervals. At the end of the workout, Auuki sends them to Intervals and Strava. What more could you want?

I have tried various training apps, but now I only use Auuki. The reason is the simple intuitive graphical interface. All relevant information is clearly visible - no distractions, clear and easy to use. I never had any technical issue.

For longer workouts, I switch Auuki to split screen using the dock mode and run a YouTube video in the lower part of the screen.

Thanks to Dimitar for the many, many hours of programming!

Trying it this week. At one point I could make it smaller (wide and short). Now I can’t figure out how to replicate that.
Any thoughts?

Try the ´Dock´ button…

Wow! Great to know about Auuki, and congrats to everyone on the integration.

In this case, are the ‘rules’ the same as for .zwo files in Zwift? If the workout is planned by absolute power in watts, does the FTP need to be the same in both Intervals and Auuki?

I’ve imported workouts with %ftp into ICU and then used them in Auuki; that works as expected if FTP is set the same in ICU and Auuki. I just made a workout in ICU with absolute power and then opened it in Auuki and it worked as expected.

Go to “Settings”, there you find the “Dock” button.

It worked perfectly today.

It would be nice if it imported FTP and current weight from intervals

Great!

Is there a way to calibrate the trainer? Or do I need to do this with an external app (MyWhoosh, Zwift, etc.)? And would it preserve the calibration then?

@dmarinov If you know (or if you could take a look at the ICU workout builder), what would the syntax be to have a workout switch Auuki to slope or resistance yet still display a power target? I have sucessfully used the “freeride” command, but that will not control / set the slope. Thanks!

Will need to check how Intervals.icu implements Slope and Resistance, since those are not exactly standard .zwo features.

Currently Auuki uses this format here: Slope target for workout intervals · dvmarinoff/Auuki Wiki · GitHub
And you can create slope workouts with the build-in editor.

Currently trainer calibration is not supported. I’d recommend to use the manufacturer’s app for this.

I am also looking for this feature. if it’s supported by Intervals I’ll definitely add it in the next iteration.
