Is there any app for Apple Watch to connect with intervals and get workouts, also I want to get all information like running power, strava only shows pace an hr.
Perhaps this could work for you. They have a free trial period too.
Thanks Gerald! Via FIT, Navigr8 currently shares cycling power with Intervals (including left/right balance), but it shouldn’t be difficult to get running power from the Apple Watch as well. If you have a Stryd Footpod then Navigr8 can also connect to it to measure your running power. I am looking to enhance the data sent to Intervals, so if anyone reading this has some wishes, please let me know.
WatchOS10 will have all these capability if not mistaken.
Just have to wait a little while if ur watch is supported. Possibly other apps will be able to connect to intervals and then push/pull workouts
Watch OS 9 already calculates running power from the sensors in your Apple Watch. Watch OS 10 will allow you to natively connect power meters, speed, and cadence sensors. Watch OS 10 does not currently support left/right balance though.
WorkOutDoors can show power. Screens are configurable which is a major advantage over the native app. It can show maps, but I don’t know about importing routes or workouts.
WorkOutDoors does running power (and running power zones), among many other metrics. Workouts can be added via the iPhone app (it’s not perfect but it’s not too hard - I’m at the end of a 15 week block where I program in 2 running workouts a week that have multiple intervals), and routes can be imported and show on the map watch face (you can also get notified if you’re off course).
